Graça Tirelli nasceu em Alegrete, no Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil.
Desenvolveu sua técnica de pintura em escolas de artes, ateliers de artistas nacionais e internacionais. Participou em mais de 80 exposições coletivas, realizou 20 exposições individuais e recebeu 16 prêmios em salões de arte nacionais e internacionais.
Participou da Feira Red Dot Miami2023 , da Macau Biennale, na China 2018 ,Art Shopping Paris, 2022 e Artconnect Woman 2022/24 em Dubai. K-Art Seoul e Jeju Art For Earth 2025.
Livro publicado em 2022, " Graça Tirelli e a Vida das Imagens" com texto do Crítico de Arte Jacob Klintowitz.
É representada por galerias de arte em Porto Alegre, Gramado, São Paulo , Rio de Janeiro e Barcelona. Está presente nas plataformas online Artsy, Saatchi Gallery e Artsper.
